How Brain Functions When You Are Angry?
The Process Flow Diagram which is shown above can be described as follows. In this diagram, the home sapiens digest food and chew it to convert it into Glucose, Amino acids, and other Fatty Acids. We can draw a formula out of it.
Food Consumed + Stomach Fluid (Enzymes, acids) + Stomach Digest Food (Remember food has carbohydrates in the form of sugar, protein, and fats) = Food Breaks down to sugar, Glucose ( C6H12O6)
In the next phase the glucose enters human blood cells which are delivered to the whole part of the human body but with time the blood glucose level falls down as shown in the diagram the glucose time machine.
The human brain which is the most intelligent part notices the fall in glucose level. In his memory, it is designed that if glucose level falls it is a life threatening situation. It is really difficult for the brain to concentrate and focus on things.
Then brain sends the instruction to hormones like pituitary gland, adrenal glands, and pancreas to increase the level of glucose in the blood stream.
There are two anger hormones also known as stress hormones.
Both these hormones are released when you are angry and not able to control yourself. Thus these hormones increase glucose level in the bloodstream and try to control your anger.
Thus, in short, if you want to increase your blood sugar level then you have to start eating junk foods which will help you to increase your sugar level but it also has side-effects which we will discuss later. Hence this is how your brain functions when you are angry.
- #Note: Consult a doctor in case you are unable to manage the health issues on your own.
