Type 2 diabetes is known to be more common than type 1 diabetes. Diabetes II is a chronic disease marked by high level of glucose or sugar in the blood. Hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia are the conditions associated with this type of diabetes. 90-95 diagnosed cases are of type 2 diabetes. No symptoms are shown by up to two-third people with diabetes II. Obesity is known to be a single most important risk factor for diabetes II. Moreover, all type 2 diabetes new onset cases are of individual age between 9-19 years. It is important to know in detail about the type II diabetes so that you can take right steps to control the condition.

If diabetes is ignored, it can lead to various complications to heart, kidneys, hypoglycemia and nerve damage. It is a serious lifelong disease and cannot be cured. However, an individual can bring it under control by proper diet.
