  2. Perform breathing exercise which can control your subconscious mind by your conscious effort. Also involve in activities which can control your subconscious mind like meditation and yoga.
  3. Read as many as quotes, statements which motivates you to perform in your life. I would suggest you to Watch YouTube, Vimeo motivational videos that distracts your mind from porn activities.
